RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Clothyn Taxfab Private Limited, we take pride in the quality of our garments and fabrics. Each product undergoes multiple quality checks before dispatch.
However, due to the nature of textile manufacturing and B2B trade, returns and refunds are subject to the following terms and conditions.

1. Return Policy

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or not as per the order specifications.

  • The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging.

To initiate a return, please email clothyntaxfabpvtltdpvt5544@gmail.com

with:

  • Order ID and invoice copy

  • Product photos clearly showing the issue

  • Description of the defect or mismatch

Once the return is verified, our team will arrange pickup or request shipment back to our facility.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only after the returned goods pass inspection.
Approved refunds will be credited via the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

For B2B clients, refunds may be adjusted against future orders upon mutual agreement.

3. Replacement Policy

If you receive defective or incorrect items, you can opt for a replacement instead of a refund.
Replacement orders are dispatched once the returned products are received and inspected.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized garments or made-to-order products.

  • Fabrics cut to size as per client specifications.

  • Products sold under clearance or bulk discount.

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled only before production or dispatch.
Once the product has been shipped or cut for customization, cancellation will not be accepted.

6. Damaged Parcels

If the package appears damaged or tampered with during delivery, please do not accept it.
